陈振婷，现为会计学院副教授、硕士生导师。主要的讲授课程为：《管理会计》、《高级管理会计MA2》、《外汇业务会计》、《会计学》等课程。主编及副主编的教材有《管理会计》、《外汇业务会计》、《会计学》等。 陈振婷于1999年从上海财经大学会计学专业取得管理学硕士学位，1984年进入上海财经大学担任教职，之后历任会计学院讲师、副教授等职。
